INSTALL
-------
  Extract and set the directory where mlnet will store the config.
  If the environ-variable MLDONKEY_DIR is not set, $HOME/.mldonkey is used.


USAGE
-----
  Start mlnet and open http://127.0.0.1:4080 in a compatible browser.
  To stop, type 'kill' in the cmd-line or press CTRL_C.
