 - Now the assign 'PullDog:' is required to make things internaly easier,
   this also should fix a bug when started from workbench under OS3.
 - Now all functions used for startup return a ioerr-value, instead of 1/0.
 - Fixed a problem with the tooltypes.
 - Fixed a memory leak in Init-/ExitIcons() and Init-/ExitSegmentCache() routines.
 - Rewrote some routines in the settings-window and fixed a NULL pointer access.
 - Fixed bug in XML-parser that calculates wrong sizes.
 - Wrote new function strchrb() for the XML-parser.
